Do you have any physical store where I can personally view the items?

No, we do not have a brick-and-mortar store dedicated for CoffeeHQ.Biz.

Can I return the good and get the refund?

Yes, you can return the good and get a full refund only once we receive and assess the product in its original unused condition and must be received within 30 days of the invoice date. However, you do still need to cover the shipping fee to send it back to us. We reserve the right not to do a refund for certain products and such condition will be stated clearly in the product description.

I have received the item but it is not in a good condition. Who is responsible?

We are not responsible over damaged goods during transit and shipment as it is beyond our control once the goods are handled by the courier. We always check the goods to make sure they are in good condition before they are packed and delivered to our courier. Insurance is available at an extra cost and you will have to notify us during check out if you are willing to insure your purchased items.

I have waited for a long time and I still haven't received the item. Where are they?

Please make sure that you received the delivery reference from us. We will assist on inquiring for delivery status information directly to the courier we used to deliver your good(s), however we are not held responsible over it as it is beyond our control once the good(s) are handled by the courier. Insurance is available at an extra cost and you will have to notify us during check out if you are willing to insure your purchased items.

I can’t find what I want here. Are you able to get it for me?

Yes. Please let us know if you want to purchase something that we do not list on our website. We have built strong relationships with our suppliers and the manufacturers of the products around coffee industry and there might be a strong chance that we could find just what you need.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we do though we are based in Indonesia. Please contact us directly (preferably via email) for shipping inquiries.

Where will the items be shipped from?

We hold our inventories in our storage facility in Bandung, Indonesia. All items will ship out directly from our facility via an appointed courier.

How do you ship or deliver my purchased items?

We use TIKI for distance deliveries across Indonesia. Your purchased goods will be packed and delivered to our appointed courier at a time.

When do you ship my purchased items?

We deliver your purchased items to our courier on the next working day (Monday to Saturday between 9am – 1pm). We do not ship on Sundays and Public Holidays.

Do you offer any delivery insurance service?

Yes, we do offer such service for your peace of mind. Let us know to estimate a quotation based on the total amount of purchased goods.

What payment methods are accepted?

We currently only accept direct bank transfer and PayPal (for International) payments. The bank transfer details will be given to you during check out.

Do you accept any currency other than IDR?

Yes, we do accept payments in USD for all International transactions. Please let us know for us to work on the current conversion rate.
